The Fisher Minute Mount 2 Plow Mount Kit 7168 includes the driver-side push plate, the passenger-side push plate, 2 backing plates, 2 hex flange cap screws with handles and the bolt bag. This plow mount is used on GM Sierra/Silverado K1500 2003 to 2007 and GM Avalanche K1500 2004 to 2007.
